ONE ON ONE SESSIONS
Designed just for you
At Sanitas Personal Training, we appreciate that our clients lead busy lives that require flexibility. Your first session will include the design of a program by analysing your current condition, mobility, and general health, taking into consideration your age and time commitments. This information will be used to create a confidential profile to enable your improvement to be measured and celebrated.
Each session will then include the agreed flexibility exercise, cardio work, weight training, and anything else specific to your needs.
A One on One session goes for 45 minutes with the first one extended if extra time is taken on your program set up.

TWO ON ONE SESSIONS (Partner Program)
Keeping you honest
In addition to our one on one sessions, we are happy to include a partner or friend to share a session together. Like the group sessions, the trainer will determine the program that best suits the two of you and measure your individual goals and achievements.
The first session will include the design of a program for each of you by analysing your current condition, mobility, and general health, taking into consideration your ages and time commitments. This information will be used to create a confidential profile for each of the two participants.
Each session will then include the agreed flexibility exercise, cardio work, weight training, and anything else specific to each of your needs.
A Two on One session goes for 45 minutes with the first one extended if extra time is taken on your program set up.

GROUP SESSIONS
Fun, energy, results
If you would like some additional motivation from your peers as well as the trainer and some old-fashioned competition a group session may be suitable for you as a standalone or as an addition to your personalised program.
An advantage of a group session at Sanitas is that the trainer will determine the program that best suits the group allowing beginners to not feel pressured while more experienced clients won’t be held back.
Due to the nature of a group program, it will cover flexibility, strength and endurance, while allowing clients to opt-out of parts of the program if they wish.
The cost of a group session with head trainer Julian Stephenson will be the same irrespective of the number of participants with no more than 10 in any session.

REHABILITATION SPECIFIC PROGRAMS
Injury awareness
If, in analysing your current condition, mobility, and general health, it is determined that certain rehabilitation exercises are required to ensure your program progresses as well as possible.
As a personal trainer there is nothing more important than being aware of any injuries suffered by your client. As an accredited rehabilitation coach with PT RehabTrainer, Julian is able to guide you to get an understanding of how to deal with pain or chronic injury and still maintain an effective fitness program
Rehabilitation specific programs will combine the injury awareness and the overall fitness goals requested by the client. A blended program will be arranged to enable the best results from your sessions.

GOLF SPECIFIC PROGRAM
Improve your golf fitness
Certification to USA Golf Performance Program for qualified Personal Trainers.
Our head trainer Julian Stephenson has undertaken an extensive golf performance fitness program to secure certification from five USA fitness organizations.
The program enables fitness and golf professionals to deliver tailored training programs in order to improve a golfer’s performance and reduce the chance of injuries. It includes an individualised approach to each person’s swing and condition to ensure exercises are carried out with a positive effect on performance and more importantly enjoyment.

As a former First Grade fast bowler, our head trainer Julian Stephenson understands first-hand the rigors that fast bowling can put on your body.
The program will provide:

• posterior chain strength exercises
• core strength exercises
• exercises to improve mobility
• exercises to increase speed and power
