Sanitas Personal Training is a mobile training company that provides safe and effective personal training services by highly qualified trainers to give you better flexibility, improved strength and the body shape you want to have. When you become a Sanitas client you have the security of knowing upfront the cost for sessions, the agreed goals for your program and the flexibility to change when life gets in the way.
FEATURED PROGRAMS
As a mobile personal trainer we provide programs to suit your needs. These can be one on one, two on one or group sessions with up to 10 participants. We also provide specialist golf and cricket oriented programs.
ONE-ON-ONE / TWO-ON-ONE / GROUP SESSIONS
We offer one-on-one, two-on-one or group sessions. If you would like some additional motivation from your peers as well as the trainer and some oldfashioned competition a group session may be suitable for you as a standalone or as an addition to your personalised program.
IMPROVE YOUR GOLF FITNESS
Fast track your golf fitness whether it be hitting the ball further, not being sore after a round, or simply being able to walk 18 holes in comfort. The program includes personal experience and the use of copyright secured international golf fitness program certified by the USA National Strength and Conditioning Association.
FAST BOWLING SPECIFIC PROGRAM
As a former First Grade fast bowler, our head trainer Julian Stephenson understands first-hand the rigors that fast bowling can put on your body. The program is valuable for both beginners and established fast bowlers who want to better understand their bodies and how to take their game to the next level.
REHABILITATION SPECIFIC PROGRAMS
As a personal trainer there is nothing more important than being aware of any injuries suffered by your client. As an accredited rehabilitation coach with PT RehabTrainer, Julian is able to guide you to get an understanding of how to deal with pain or chronic injury and still maintain an effective fitness program.
